Took them six weeks to turn a quote on about $350k worth of switches. It took Foundry about 12 hours. Foundry got my business and about $2.75 million more that year. Cisco came crawling to me after that. Tried going to my bosses boss to get back in our good graces and everything. It was too late though, the damage was already done. Muhahahaha. And the moral of the story is, if I'm trying to give you money please pay attention to me, else I'll find someone who will.
