Well, yes. Yes it does.

I was on hold for an hour yesterday. Finally I gave up and figured out the problem myself. (had been too tired the night before to figure it out apparently). Just for kicks and grins I left the phone on speaker.

Grand total was 2 hours 48 minutes 14 seconds before I finally got sick of it and hung up.
