Go here. Grab the text file of all cards. If you want Unhinged and Unglued too, then go here,grab the text spoilers for both, and add those in. Portal cards might not be in either list-use the first clicky for a list of cards that have only appeared in Portal. Stab together, and you have all cards in a much easier to manipulate format with little work.
