because all that happen is they have more children and those children grow up with the total lack of common sense as learned from their parents. Would any one sane want to have children in a ghetto? Much less 5 or 6 children? But they do and their children do and now we have multi-generation welfare families embroiled in gang violence and drugs. Nope, the 'you can't raise a family argument' will get nowhere with me, because you should not be raising a family. If we must support these people I prefer a strict food program (like WIC) with a lot of reporting requirements on the receiver. I'd also like federally provided cotraception implants, but that will probably have to wait for a democratic presidency.
