you bought a VAT of Crisco on Minimum wage? by plblark 2005-03-08 11:08:27
Ok, I know it's not the point you were making. Granted, my personal experiences with Minimum and Low wage people are friernds, but seriously, some of the problem is the decision making of the people involved.

My bud earns very little, so does his wife. Yet they spend more on Cable, DVD's, Game consoles, Games, and eating out than my wife and I do on a larger budget.

Granted, this is not extendable to all minimum wage earners, and living on that little can be hard, but some people buckle down, scrimp and save, and move up.
