so maybe it's intended to be there? At least in blue cheese the "blue mold" gives a special taste. You can find red cheese too, but the blue ones are easier to find. Think of it as a special treat ? What's worse than a worm in an apple? HALF a worm in YOUR apple. And then you realize: "that's free proteins"
