We use ghost off a boot floopy, which we have since converted to a boot cd. We had to update the network driver (again) in order to make it work with the Dell GX280, but we do have that working.
However, as already noted by someone else, NONE of our old images would work with the 280. In fact, we have GX260, GX270, SX270 and GX280 boxes, and some laptops, and every one of them had to have a new image created.
We had an earlier Broadcom driver, I think for the SX270 or maybe one of the laptops, but once we updated to the latest (dos) driver for the card, we could get to both the older series and the GX280. |
