The flourescent light is plugged into the same receptical on the wall but the pc is on a ups so that should be filtering any electrical noise caused by the light. The flourescent lamp is a small undercabinet model made by GE. The beeping started when I turned the light off and got in bed, but then Beep and I got out of bed and turned on the light. The beep continues. THe beep WAS gone for 2 days, this is only the second time i've had this problem. Last time I just shutdown the PC because I was too tired to deal with it.
