| Well, it's an agency taking care of the administration stuff for the owner. I know that she (the owner) owns this whole block of 4 units, and a number of other properties. I know she has done renovation work in this building before, including some major work on the unit opposite us, not all of which was urgent or anything - the guy got a giant water heater and a completely new kitchen! So she isn't adverse to the whole spending money thing, in the investment/annuities kind respect. AND if she actually saw our letter, she'd had seen that we stated we'd pay for any damage caused by said animals. |
