...They quite likely rejected it out-of-hand, since they don't want =anything= to happen that might reduce the value of the property or require them to invest money in renovating the property, and $_PETS are =right= up there on the list of things that do that in their book; the majority of people view rental properties as annuities rather than investments - you take money out of them, not put it in.
