I think it would be perfect for my current situation. I'm a long-time computer geek (since 1984) with little professional software development experience and no BS degree yet (though I do have an AAS--majored in Computer Science). I'd like to get more fully into software development, and this position will have me developing UI for Java programs if I get it. I'd also have the opportunity to go back to school and finish my 4-year degree. But the way my job seach has been going lately, I tend not to be optimistic--that way, when I'm hired, I'll be pleasantly surprised. :)
