giving a fairly accurate (much as it pains us Canucks to admit it in this case) and unbiased evaluations of foreign countries to guide those intending to visit or do business "over there". So givethem an 'A' or high 'B'. Of course, the current Bush administration has a well established record of doctoring and censoring info that's inconvenient or not to their liking, and of replacing officials who are more committed to accuracy, completeness, and objectivity than they are to the administration's narrow political and fundy-religious agenda. (They're even working assiduously to stock the ranks of the judicial system with "right-thinking" judges at all levels to insure that this trend outlasts the current Chief Executive). So expect the above evaluation to decline in the forseeable future.
