By Loki that was cathartic by Illiad2005-02-28 16:06:45
How do you feel about cyclists, in that respect? by Esteis 2005-02-28 16:30:17
A lot of intersections have their cyclist's lights badly adjusted, so that cyclists have to wait a lot, causing a lot of them to make use of gaps in the traffic.
The point is, it's very annoying on a bicycle to have to brake, and later to accelerate again; this is no problem for a car. Also, it's colder on a bike than in a car, especially if it's raining. So I'm often inclined to approach an intersection with 'what's approaching' in mind, rather than 'what do the lights say'.
