so back when i was at cornell	by unjust	2005-02-28 16:28:38
this girl crosses the street (no x-walk there) w/o looking at a busy intersection. she had her head under her umbrella because it was drizzleing. she walked into the SIDE of a turning bus and was killed under it's rear wheels. of course the driver was blamed. last i knew if you jump infront of a moving vehicle when it was obeying the law it's not their fault.
