I'm signed up with Plaxo. For a while they were nagging me about once a month to send out reminders to everyone on my contact list to update their info. I always told it not to send anything, then I discovered the means of turning that option off. They do still periodically send me an email, but it's fairly rare and not a major disturbance in my day. I believe there's an option to get them to stop sending that too, but I've decided to keep that on for now.
