| my friends was very accurate, and I loved shooting it. Almost as much as I like shooting my M1 Garand. Have you looked at those VEPR AK clones? They are more expensive, and they come in 4 calibers, I believe (.308 win, .223, 7.62x39, 5.45x39). My father picked up one in .308, and it's an excellent rifle. The rear sight isn't adjustable, but you can get adjustable sights for them (I do believe) and it comes with a built in sight rail (on the side, of course). The forarm is nice and wide, allowing a good grip, and the stock is a little longer than a standard AK. The only problems that we have seen so far is that the finish is kinda crappy. Other than that, it's a wonderful rifle. |
