If you NEED Linux to run wikimedia, then you can't access it when you are booted into Windows. You MIGHT be able to get wikimedia to run under windows using Cygwin. (www.cygwin.com) But the best way to go would propably be to set up an extra Linux box to install Wikimedia, and then access it from any box with any OS over the webserver.
