Though mine is a baked variety... My supper was the second steak I bought (last night was one of them, peppered... tonight grilled in marinade, with fresh asparagus and feta and spinach stuffed crescent rolls). But, you recipe sounds fairly good for a stove-top Mac-N-Cheese. LthrOttr
