I once had a spaghetti fritata - leftover spaghetti, shredded cheese, and eggs (beaten with a little cream)- every thing together in a metal handled skillet (so it can go in the oven)- cook over low heat till the eggs are set. Then put it under the broiler untill the top is done and very lightly browned. It was pretty good!
