A homosexual in a situation with other adults of the same sex who don't want to engage sexually with him/her is just as out of line as a pedophile if s/he forces him/herself on the others. That doesn't make homosexuality any less "natural".
I think men who wants to dominate and force others sexually are a natural part of humanity, I don't think that is a "disorder" at all, unless taken to the extreme. I don't think that rapists should be pitied because of that, nor allowed to rape at will.
I don't think pedophiles should be allowed to rape at will. As much as I'm uncomfortable with the idea of pedophilia, however, I see no problem with someone having pedophilic urges, and expressing those between consenting adults in a way that will *not* hurt *anyone*. That includes not ever urging anyone to become involved with a child, and not giving ideas to mentally unstable people. Drawing pictures (not photos!) or writing stories are fine (in my opinion, of course. That does not mean it is socially acceptable!), as long as they are kept away from minors and don't instigate anything further.
As for whether it's a disorder or natural, I can understand the evolutionary explanations for homosexuality, and accept it as natural. I haven't heard any evolutionary explanations for the benefit being a pedophile offers to humans, and can't think of any, so I'd have to make the (extremely uneducated!) *guess* that it's a disorder. Also, it depends on where you draw the line, if we're talking legal definitions, I think it's natural to be a "pedophile" that is attracted to good looking fifteen year olds, especially physically mature ones. I think it is a disorder to be attracted to eight year olds.
And, as mysticowl points out, sexual attraction is also very heavily biased by what society considers "beautiful". With the right PR, I bet that a large portion of the population could be convinced that they are sexually attracted to most anyone that isn't physically damaged.
