Here, I'll sum it al up for you...

Their post: Still using FAT/FAT32, I take it? (n/t)

My post: No... It's easy to convert a FAT32 drive to NTFS without reformatting. Going the other way is not so easy IIRC.

Their Reply: No, it is not. Nigh-well impossible to do, IIRC - M$ recommends just waxing the drive and reformatting, I think.

Seems clear to me that they were talking about FAT32->NTFS. I even said going the ther way is near impossible so I don't know why they would have posted a contradictory reply to say the same thing. That's why I posted that it is indeed both easy and supported to go FAT32 -> NTFS.
