A question about ovenware. I have a very good Stainless (HA) steel roasting pan and it is starting to get a patina. I feel it is heat tarnish, but I've been mistaken in the past. Is this normal wear and tear. I recall a roster of my mothers that was nearly brown from the same thing... MG
