While I'll grant that interactions between staff and students [campers] regardless of age is problematic, let me throw one more question out before I go to sleep. If, per your example, a girl of 15 gets into a relationship with an older man and truly believes she loves him--isn't that good enough? What right do any of the rest of us have to define someone else's idea of love or happiness? (And don't our ideas of love and happiness change over time anyway?) Even if the older man is simply "using" the girl--as long as both of them are satisfied, so what? As you say, we've all been in similar situations; would you argue that you are less happy as a result? I'm certainly not.
