Change can be brought about in many ways, not just by breaking the law. It is possible to change the law while still abiding by it. There are times where breaking the law is the best means of changing it (Rosa Parks, anyone?), but this must be handled on a case by case basis. I personally feel, in the case of pedeophilia, this is not a law that needs changing, but if it were, breaking the law is not the way to do it.
