are usually similar to the aforementioned examples of a 19-year-old guy and a 15-year-old girl. Having been in that situation myself, I can state that there was no coersion involved and the law should not deal harshly with the guy in those cases. The cases that should be tried most vigorously are the ones where a predator abuses a child in his or her care, custody and control and the ones where the predator is abusing prepubescent children. That, to my mind, is the line to draw in child sexual abuse cases. Honestly, what sort of short-circuit do you have to have to find a 4-year-old sexually attractive other than the power aspect? There are also those sickos who molest babies still in diapers. The younger the victim, the more likely it is that he/she will suffer not only psychological injury but physical injury as well.
