the majority of child rapes are perpetrated by the father. That means he is obviously able to get it on with a normal female. Children are not mature enoguh to make the decision. Bottom line. If 2 kids do it, neither of them was mature enoguh but nobody was taking advantage of a position of power. If an adult does it to a kid then the adult clearly has the superior position to con the kid into thinking it's okay. Aside from the ration arguments... Dude, get help. Seriously.
