who does not reformat windows drives?
My primary workstation is a windows install. The install was originally Win98,but was upgraded to ME, rolled back, upgraded to 2k and upgraded to XP. I have gone from a PII 500 on an Intel I440BX2 and through several AMD chips to where I currently sit with my Athlon XP (Barton) 2500+ overclocked to 3200+. I've even ghosted on to a new HD. My hardware has changed 100% several times but I have not started from scratch. I have reinstalled windows, but it's always just been a reinstall, not a clean reinstall and not reformat. |
