2^64 bytes, provided the architecture actually allows 64 bit addresses. From the earlier posted PDF, Windows XP 64 bit editions can use up to 64 GB, which is 36 bit addresses. Which, for any currently concievable consumer application is more than you could possibly need. Since allowing 64 bit addresses gives roughly 16^18 bytes of memory, the address space may be restricted to 36 bits to avoid making for needlessly long machine instructions.
