I may have worked in a shop for 5 years, but if I have serious engine problems, you better believe I'm gonna take it to a mechanic to have it looked at. I know the basics like changing the oil and air filer and spark plugs and a few other things (I did brake pads once, but that was under the supervision of a real mechanic). I also know what to NOT screw with. oh well.
