And found that they'd decided to do some of the job themselves, some engine head bolts missing, some tightened so much they froze, air hoses mis-routed, battery not earthed properly, coolant reservoir hooked up to the wipers instead.
Of course I'd get pissed off at them! I don't care whether they don't know much about cars. But if they don't know, they should leave the hell alone, or *learn* before making such a mess.
