for quite a while. The case is one of finding convenient scapegoats to arrest and convict while the real culprit (I am not at liberty to speculate publicly) goes on about his business and may even do it again. The police work during the investigation was uniformly shoddy. The defense was paltry and the trial was indeed a travesty.

I can only hope that someday the truth will come to light and that those guys will be exonerated. Unfortunately, I have a sick feeling that it will take several more murders to clear their names.
