You need a licence to drive a car because you need to know the red light means stop, and that you need to signal before turning and so on. If one has a car one is expected to know how to drive it.

I can understand a customer not understand the concept of "connecting" before having access to the internet, not knowing how to setup the modem or know where the control pannel is

But you have to admit that having to WALK someone through moving the mouse around is a bit of a stretch.

If you don't think so then you have more patience that ANY tech support I have EVER met and I applaud you
