what the TLP is describing is people calling their dealership and complaining because they got in an accident for not using their turnsignal (or asking how to use the thingie that makes it go forward. You decide weather I mean gas pedal or shifting into drive).

The biggest difference between car and computer analogies (and trust me, I've used a lot in my life) is that people don't have to take a test to be licenced to use a computer. I'm not saying they should, I'm just throwing it out there.
