Steam release is far better here than anywhere a supervisor might see/hear/taste it. That said, I still think companies could do a great deal to alleviate both customer's and the tech's stress level by hiring a different type of tech. No offense intended to any individual specifically.. Oh and, I've never worked anywhere that I needed a computer for less than 3 hours a day. :)
