"My first few years in college I worked as technical support for a local ISP in Hattiesburg, MS. Early one morning I had a walk-in customer that wanted to sign-up for new service. She selected a username and password and I supplied her with our setup CD and instruction sheet, along with our technical support number (which was me). Later that day, sometime after lunch, the weather had turned pretty naste due to the fact that Hurrican Georges was hitting hard in the Gulf Coast. Electricity was going out all over in Hattiesburg due to blown transformers. I recieved a phone call from the walk-in customer from earlier that morning and she was irrate. She explained that when she put our setup CD in her computer it shut the power off in her house..."
