Even if they were sold on the idea of a wireless office, well a laptop is wireless, they don't HAVE to connect power, 'cept if the battery goes dead. Powercord isn't a nessecity (granted that's only if you use your laptop less then 3 hours a day and plug it in elsewhere) I believe that most techs blow of steam here because they can't do that on the phone with the client.
