If you looked at some of the interesting posts on the clientcopia website (find it yourself, it's an unmoderated forum) then you'd do better.

It's not just people who are unfamiliar with their computer that cause problems. It's often people who are very stubborn and refuse to admit faults, and who know just enough about their computer to mess things up. 'A little knowledge is dangerous'
