I work as helpdesk, so I know the feeling.
I don't mind explaining basic stuff to the users, as long as they are willing to learn a bit. Some of them would just shrug me off and say "Make it work" only to call me back later, to explain to them again and again.
Another thing, some people do change their Windows setting (intentionally or unintetionally), call me saying they can't find such and such, and tell me that they have done nothing to the computer. And guess what, the same process will probably repeat itself again and again. |
