to know everything about computers, but as I said if you are going to pay big money for something the least you can do is aquire SOME basic knowledge about it.

I don't know wether or not you do tech support on a regular basis or not, but as for me, when I have to walk someone STEP BY STEP through restarting there computer or have to tell them for EVERY SINGLE STEP if they have to right or left click once or twice or tell them that in order to click on an icon they have to move the mouse until the pointer on the screen is on top of the icon it gets very very frustrating.

If I would need help with something I'm a total idiot about i.e. cell phones, I would at least LISTEN to what the person is telling me and remember it, and if I really REALLY don't get it I woudn't bother using the darn thing

but that's just me
