it just bugs me when they dont know off the bat, how can you fork off $1500 - $2000 for something and not know what you have? It's partly sellers fault too: "you want a computer? Sure heres a computer enjoy" as if they where selling doughnuts actualy that's not true, even dougnut shops ask you what kind you want
