The idea being that justice should care only about the facts and not the personal characteristics of the people involved. This is why most artistic depictions of an anthropomorphized (actually, usually gynecomorphized) Justice show her with a blindfold. "Justice is blind." Justice inequitably applied is justice denied. That's probably the sentiment you're looking for.
