who has no kids in the car, a BAC of 1.5 and smashes into the minivan that has 4 kids in it?

I really hope this dies a quick death. It will do NO good, and quite possibly ruin many fine upstanding people. (What about the person with a cold who takes a cough/cold medicine containing alcohol?)
