I mean come on, internal combustion engine? ;D

The two things that drove me (no pun intended) to the Prius were the gas savings and the geek factor. My wife vetoed me on the '03 (in an Echo form-factor) because of the size -- we could barely squeeze two car seats in the back. (Today, my wife barely squeezed three in the back of our '04.)

But yeah, even after over a year of driving it, I still think it's the weirdest-looking car I've seen.
