I had the same problem in LA, and here's what I did: I got the number they continuously called placed on the DoNotCall list. Then I called the company that kept calling us and notified them of that fact. I warned them that serious legal action would occur if they continued calling us. They continued calling us. We took them to court, and based on their own phone records, we got a cease-and-decist order and a nice settlement out of them. Of course, please know that IANAL and YMMV.
