much more reliable, faster, and FREE. All you need is drive space, which is inexpensive. Grab 4-6 400gb drives, throw them in a chassis with a 1gb NIC on the mobo, fire up ssh and rsync, then as long as you have rsync and ssh on the target servers, you can back up whatever data you need. For windows boxes, it gets slightly more difficult. We use windows backup to the network for the critical box and ghost images copied to the net for less critical boxes.
