You have proven yourself to be many a man's "dream girl".
What? Why do you think "chicks" driving pickup trucks always turn
our heads, after all?
(*grinning, ducking & running*)
Honestly!
I remember a woman I worked with, a few years ago, whom all the
guys wished they had been so lucky as to have married. She was
the one who enjoyed an evening at the local drag strip--from the
inside of her favorite, hopped-up sports car! There were plenty of
others whom we all admired, but this one got something more akin
to worship, practically without trying.
Wanting to try out the brake fluid experiment is in much the same
league; as is being able to give "us guys" a "run for our money" in
any stereotypically male endeavor. Only a peurile jerk obsessed
with control is actually *threatened* by this; the rest are drawn to it,
far more consistently than women are (stereotypically, not in RL)
drawn to "outlaw biker types". Bottom line: we *want* an equal
partner--we're just afraid we won't live up to her standards!
