Ever cooked a dinner that leaves a woman by toxin 2005-02-14 08:34:12
in tears?

She was feeling the love. She cried.
Well, she insisted that it was a very good dinner... last in a series of very good dinners.

Pita bread with
- portion of smoked salmon fillet (alder-smoked, aka Indian Candy)
- cauliflower, steamed with oregano and dusted with parmesan (sorry only Kraft is available)
- Lemon-Dill ceviche of scallops
- smoked salmon in ricotta spread
- guacamole (gentle and rich)
- cranberry sauce mixed with blueberry syrup and raspberry vinegar
- portobello mushroom with camellized onion in cream sauce

and a orange-lime-cranberry juice drink.

Add candles and hug gently.

There is something to be said for a woman crying tears of joy as she lies beside you on the bed for an hour. She has decided it is not a competition. I cook better than she does, because I love to cook for her. Realizing that she does not have to make it a competition means that she can just take the love and snuggle into a happy place.

And all is good!
