Ever seen Pantera: - Vulgar Videos from Hell? There is a part on there where I believe it was Dimebag was complaining about his butt hurting. Well he yanks down his pants and finds a monster sized zit on his buttcheek. It was so big they called in a doctor to pop it. Of course they got it on film and the white blood cell build up (puss) that was coming out of the zit looks alot like the picture there.
