This phone was bought outright, and not as a subsidised contract phone. My contract was made in June, I dropped and ruined my old phone in December, and bought this one. So it's indpendent of the contract. So even if I warrentied this phone, i'm still under the contract. and overall this phone is there best offering right now... it's just bugged to hell...
