Is writing your local government representatives. Here that often does something though I'm not too happy with the represenative where I am right now.(another one in the area for this city is better than the one for my zone)

Also the law society. A judge acting in that manner should be disbarred. When it's family he should of recused himself from the case. I know this as my uncle was a civil court judge.

I wish you much luck. I too have been frustrated by laws. Some of the laws are frankly dumb as they don't protect parent or child rights. They aren't even as valuable as the paper they are printed on. At least that is the case with my jurisdictional clause and no contact order. To get a restraining order where I am they have to nearly kill you. They don't take into account others who have had like experiences or even past criminal record. :( Then for the good parents they aren't fully covered either. I've had a false complaint called in on me. The government said I'd been doing nothing wrong and there was no sign of abuse. But there is no apology or recourse for false claims. At least people that knew me knew better than to believe it. But it hurt as a parent having a person make it sound like I'd harm my kids when I never would and they did know better. They just wanted to cause trouble and hurt me. I suspect your ex was doing the same with the BS on you... also trying to mess with your access/custody ability. Which is why mine did it.(I found out later he was doing the very thing he falsely accused me of. My neices and newphews commented on the web about it not realizing I'd see it and thinking he'd not)

{{{{PecosDave}}}} Even though your little one is just that little. I'm sure she'll sense what her moms up to and her mom will have to deal with concequences of that. As long as you always keep your arms open no matter what happens at some point hopefully your little girl will be in them again. Hopefully sooner than later.
